If you're experiencing a problem with one of the Dynalogic software products, please fill out and submit the following Problem report form.

Problem Report Form

When we receive your problem report, we will acknowledge it either through e-mail or by phone. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer. Periodically we will post notices regarding problems reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page, or on the Technical Support page. When a problem has been fixed, it is posted in the Program Updates section of our web site. Whenever possible, we will contact you if the problem YOU reported gets resolved.


Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  3. Please enter a brief one-line description of the problem:

    (Example: Editor doesn't respond to up-arrow under image)

  4. If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it.
    Please leave a blank line between steps:

    (Example: 1. Create a new file. 2. Insert some text ...)

    If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:

    (Note: it is much harder for us to fix non-reproducible problems)
